1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, initiating a free trial, or accessing the Zeeply platform (“Service”), operated by Zeeply AI Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”), you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. 7-Day Free Trial Policy
We provide a 7-day full-access trial of the Zeeply platform upon initial workspace registration. No credit card is required to initiate the trial.
- Trial accounts receive access to Growth Tier features, including up to 10 connected mailboxes and Claude AI autonomous response handling.
- At the conclusion of the 7-day period, automated email cadence dispatching and AI auto-replies will pause until an active paid subscription plan is selected.
- Your contacts, campaign templates, mailbox configurations, and historical telemetry are preserved during grace periods.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Current subscription tiers are:

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the in-app Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the remainder of the current monthly billing period without additional charge.
4. Acceptable Use Policy (Anti-Spam & Deliverability)
Zeeply is an enterprise B2B sales execution platform designed strictly for legitimate, targeted commercial communications. You agree to strictly abide by all applicable laws, including UK PECR, the US CAN-SPAM Act, and EU GDPR.
5. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
Customer Data: You retain sole and exclusive ownership of all prospect contacts, lead lists, campaign copy, email threads, and business collateral uploaded to the Service. We claim zero ownership over your proprietary sales data.
AI Model Training: Zeeply does not use your customer prospect lists or private email exchanges to train public foundational AI models. All Anthropic Claude API calls are executed under zero-retention enterprise terms.
6. Service Levels & Limitation of Liability
We target 99.9% platform availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeeply AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill.
